The wrong item was sent, then I was told I could only return the item if I had all the stickers the hat came with; which, I do not. I'm not really sure why I have to go through the hassel of the return process in the first place. If the item wasn't available in the size I requested, an email explaining my options would have been the right course of action, not sending an item that is close.
