Account Information:

You can change your ClarkStreetSports.com account information anytime by going to 'My Account.' From here, you can log into your account by entering your email address and password. This will lead you to 'My Account Dashboard.' Here, you can make changes to your contact information, newsletter preferences and address book.

Order Information:

- Placing Your Order:

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Clark Street Sports listing the items you ordered, their costs, shipping method and costs as well as contact information. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at customerservice@clarkstreetsports.com.

Please note:

Due to security reasons, we do not accept any orders made over the phone. Please call or email our customer service line via phone at (866) 367-2819 or via email at customerservice@clarkstreetsports.com.

- Tracking Your Order:

You will receive an email from after your order has been shipped with tracking information. Tracking information will either come from USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method you chose. Shipping times may vary depending on when you placed your order and where you are located.

Orders may also be viewed through your Clark Street Sports account if you are a registered customer. Login to 'My Account' to view all your online orders. Recent Orders will appear near the top of the page, there is also a link to view all your past orders as well.

- Canceling Your Order:

We do allow changes or cancellations to orders while they are in the receiving stage, but we cannot make any changes to the order once they have been processed.

For example, if you received an email from us indicating we have received your order, then changes or cancellations can be made. If you have received a confirmation email that your order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made. If you would like to make changes or cancel your order and are still in the receiving stage, please contact us at (866) 367-2819, or email us at customerservice@clarkstreetsports.com.

- Missing/Damaged/Wrong Items:

If your order seems to be missing, wrong, or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service representatives immediately. Our customer service representatives can be reached via phone at (866) 367-2819 or via email at customerservice@clarkstreetsports.com.

Please Note:

If the items status shows that the package has arrived, but is missing, please contact your nearest USPS offices or UPS office and file a missing package claim.

- Bulk/Group Sales:

For bulk sale orders, please call (866) 367-2819 for bulk pricing on Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears, Bulls, White Sox, or other customized apparel and souvenirs.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery:

- Processing:

Our current processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse, safely packed and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Once our processing steps are completed, the shipping method you chose will take effect.

If you did not receive a confirmation email after the order has been placed, please contact customer service at (866) 367-2819.

Please note:

  • Certain items that are made-to-order (T-shirts, jerseys, personalized items, etc.), or require special preparation for shipment (large or fragile items), may require a longer processing time.
  • Orders placed after 11:00am CST will begin processing the following business day.
  • Back-ordered and pre-order items do not begin processing until inventory is received at our warehouse.
  • We reserve the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity to you ordered of any item.
  • If it shows that your account/PayPal was charged twice, please contact customer service at (866) 367-2819.

- Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the method you selected. Below are the general delivery time frames for in-stock items:

Please note: 

  • Orders placed after 11:00am CST will begin processed on the following day.
  • We do not ship or process orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • We do not offer weekend delivery. However, orders shipped via USPS may arrive on Saturdays if that option is available in your area.
  • Some items have additional processing time.
  • Shipments through the U.S. Military Post Office may have longer transit time.

- Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses:

Please select the USPS Priority Mail option as your shipping method during the checkout process.

- Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store

Most in-stock items may be purchased online and shipped for free to a Clark Street Sports store of your choice, where you can pick them up at your convenience. This method of shipping usually takes about 4-5 business days.

 Here's how it works:

  • In Shipping Method, select your store location from the list. Your order will be delivered to the selected location for free. 
  • Enter Payment Information and complete Checkout Process. Please Note: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and usually arrive to the store within 4-5 days of being ordered.
  • When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email or phone call to inform you that your package has arrived in the store. Orders can be picked up anytime during store hours starting at 4:30 p.m. the day you are notified.
  • When you arrive to pick up your order, you will need to bring a photo ID that matches the name on the credit card used to make the purchase. For security, orders will be released only to the purchaser with valid ID.

 - International Shipping:

Clark Street Sports only internationally ships to Canada. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@clarkstreetsports.com

 

Payments, Pricing & Promotions:

- Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Checkout.

- Pricing:

As often as possible, we will attempt to keep products on ClarkStreetSports.com and in our retail stores priced the same. However, there may be times when we have certain promotions in our stores or on ClarkStreetSports.com when prices may not coincide. Prices are subject to change.

- Promotions:

Occasionally, we will feature promotions and discount codes to our customers. Please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter in order to receive these great promotions as they become available.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Clark Street Sports we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your selections, we are willing to make an exchange or provide a refund as long as the return follows the following guidelines:

- Return Policy:

    Original receipt required

      All items to be returned must have the original receipt from the purchase. No receipt means we cannot offer a refund; we can only offer an exchange of equal or greater value.

        All returns and exchanges must happen within 30 days of purchase
          Any item to be returned or exchanged must be done within 30 days of purchase unless being returned after the holiday season. Please see holiday return policy.

           

            Make sure all stickers and tags are on item(s)
              If you are exchanging or returning an item all of the tags and stickers that were originally on the item need to still be intact with the item(s).

               

                Item must be in a resalable condition

                  Unless the item is being returned due to manufacturer defect, we will not accept items that are returned to us in a damaged state.

                   

                    Original card must be present for in-store return or exchange

                      For in-store refunds, we must have the original card in order to complete the refund. We are unable to manually enter the card number, nor are we able to give a cash refund for a purchase made with a credit or debit card.

                       

                        Swimwear

                          Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, items must be unworn with all of the original tags and the hygiene strip attached. Though we may show leniency with other items being returned, we are very strict about swimwear.

                           

                            Internet returns

                              Internet returns must have the original receipt, all of the tags and stickers on the item, and must be in a resalable condition, unless the item is being returned due to manufacturer defect. Any shipping charges in the return/exchange process are the responsibility of the customer; shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds for online orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. If you have any questions, please call our customer service line at (866) 367-2819.

                               

                              Sale, clearance, special event merchandise, postseason merchandise, gift cards & undergarment items are final sale
                              Undergarments and items on sale/clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any special event (ex: Stadium Series) or postseason (ex: Stanley Cup playoffs) merchandise can only be exchanged if it adheres to the previously listed qualifications for exchange.

                               

                              All products must be returned in their original condition, unless they are being returned for a specific manufacturer defect. The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with all of the original tags attached. Internet returns must have the original receipt with the reason for return/exchange and contact information written in the form of a note. Any items that do not fit this description will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Clark Street Sports retains the right to refuse any returned items at their discretion.

                              - Final Sale Items/No Returns:

                              • Gift Cards
                              • Clearance, sale, custom or personalized products
                              • All dated special event merchandise (i.e. Division, Conference, Postseason and Champion's items)
                              • All underwear and swimwear
                              • Any item deemed used, smells (smoke, body odor, etc.), or not in original condition

                               

                              Online Returns Policy & Instructions:

                              - Policy:

                              Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the sale date on your receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags, stickers and labels attached. Please see return policy above for more details.

                              - Online Return Instructions:

                              1. Pack items in original package, if available. If you are returning a hat, please make sure to package it in a box to prevent the product from being damaged.
                              2. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. Be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier of your choice. Lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the customer.

                               - Holiday Returns:

                              Regular priced items purchased between November 15, 2017 and December 15, 2017 can be returned with an original receipt until January 15, 2018.    

                              Sale & clearance items are final sale.

                              Returns to Canada

                              All Canada shipments must be pre-approved for return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
