Apparently you use an intermediary site for your some your orders. The site used an address that I have not been at for over 7 years. It automatically populated the order with the incorrect address and gave me no way to correct the address. The address is two hours away
I immediately contacted your customer service number. I explained the situation to your customer service rep. I wanted the order but was told to contact the post office and have it forwarded to me. There was no post office service to do that
I was told that there was nothing you could do to help me. Despite that I still wanted the hat for my expectant grandson. But again was told there was nothing you could do.
You took my money for something that I did not receive and didn’t even get as much as a consideration or apology. I shared the whole story again and did not even receive a reply.
I am very disappointed for your your lack of at least caring that I had a problem without even receiving a reply
